QUALIFICATIONS

Markuan is the holder of an AFSL , which is issued by the Australian Securities & Investment Commission (ASIC). Holders of an AFSL are required to meet numerous license conditions which are put in place to protect investors interests, some of these include;

    Monthly internal compliance processes which are in place to monitor the day to day operations of Markuan.

    End of financial year auditing of Markuan’ s license and financial statements by an ASIC registered auditor.

    Markuan must maintain minimum surplus liquid funds to meet its license conditions.

    Markuan must conduct high level feasibility studies and due diligence whilst assessing the possible risks and financial feasibility when considering potential projects, to make sure we select the right projects and develop a clearly defined exit strategy.

Markuan’s wholly owned subsidiary companies also hold an Australian builders license, Australian real estate agent license and Australian registered migration agent license.
