Who are we?

Headquartered in Sydney, Australia, Markuan Group is an Australian Property Investor and Asset Manager, with over 20 years local industry track record. We invest in various types of properties with prime locations in major cities across Australia, aiming to add significant value to target assets by combining our expertise in development, constructions and fund management, adopting unique re-engineering, expansion or redevelopment strategies and maximising risk adjusted returns for our investors.

Markuan Management Pty Ltd is the holder of an AFSL, which is issued by the Australian Securities & Investment Commission (ASIC). Holders of an AFSL are required to meet numerous license conditions which are put in place to protect investor’s interests.

In addition, Markuan Group’s wholly owned subsidiary companies also hold an Australian builders license, Australian real estate agent license and Australian registered migration agent license, which enable us to provide one-stop integrated investment solutions for our investors.
